Brennen & Casie | North Dakota Engagement

SLAY.

^^^Perfectly describes this engagement session. Light, outfits, locations, everything was spot on, but what made this shoot amazing was the couple. I asked Brennen what his favorite thing about Casie is, typically guys throw out a quick "HER BUTT", but not this guy. Without hesitation he answered "her personality". These two share such a deep connection, it made my job a breeze & I can't wait to shoot their wedding next June!

This girl is one of my very best friends. She's always there for me through the good and the bad and I will never be able to thank her enough. We also match levels of weirdness so that's super cool. I met her through working at the best place ever (university's print shop) and I remember SO vividly the day she told me she was pregnant. It was a few days before her birthday, we were of age so I naturally assumed we'd be celebrating with adult beverages. She gave me some lame excuse about going to dinner with a couple of friends I didn't know. I blew it off but a few days later it all made sense. We were sitting at our stations a few feet away from each other and she said, "Soooooo IIIIIIIIII have somethingggggg to telllllll youuuuuuuuu". She was pretty much speaking in slow motion, instantly I screamed, "YOU'RE PREGNANT!". Luckily no one was around, but I hit the nail on the head and now three years later I have the cutest little buddy who makes my heart melt every I hear "Ky!". Lindsey and Levi are a couple of my friends from Minot and I was SO excited when we planned this session. These two crazies just purchased a house and it will be their THIRD renovation! Finally someone crazier than me;) Baby Boy K is going to be here ANY day now and I'm so excited to meet the little stinker!
